A Pinch of Pasta

Have you ever had fresh pasta? No? Well that is something that you have to try! I promise you will no regret it!! We have been making our own pasta for the past month and it has been a game changer for our dinners, plus it has helped with leftovers. There is something about using fresh quality ingredients without all the chemicals and preservatives that just tastes so much better. We use eggs from our hens and that makes a world of difference on the taste. Can it be time consuming, sure. Can it be messy, sure. But is it worth it, Totally!

We plan on expanding our pasta adventures to add dessert pastas and flavored pastas as well. We are so excited! If you have a suggestion on what some flavors you think would be good, please let us know! If you want to try some of our pasta, please let us know! Once we get all the recipes tweaked to perfection I will post recipes and detailed instructions.
